Most golfers book well in advance. A deposit of $100 per person is required at the time of booking — each golfer can pay individually online, or the group leader can cover the full deposit. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your arrival date. Accepted payment methods include check, money order, certified check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If your arrival date is fewer than 30 days away, the full deposit and balance must both be paid at the time of booking.
Changes are often allowed depending on the course and lodging policies. Once your itinerary is confirmed, any conflicts will be communicated to the group leader along with alternatives. In rare circumstances, lodging, golf course, tee time, or day may need to be substituted.
A written cancellation notice is required to process any refund. Here’s how it breaks down:

31+ days before arrival: A $35 per person fee is charged (less any non-refundable fees already incurred), OR you may receive a full credit toward a future package.

30–14 days before arrival: A $100 per person fee is charged, OR a full credit toward a future package (less any non-refundable fees).

6 days or fewer before arrival: No refund or credit is available.
