Countless golfers have played and fallen in love with The Love Course at Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach. That’s something course designer Davis Love III strove to achieve in this more than 7,000-yard layout that embraces a both unique and fun style. Davis was determined to build a course that was unique, visually striking and fun to play. The course even incorporates a replica of ruins from a 17th Century plantation house, similar to ruins found along holes in Scotland and Ireland.

Good conditions and course was in great shape. Sometimes the “fleecing” by the cart guys gets annoying; they are always hanging out, ready to tackle you and hold you down while another one cleans your clubs which you never asked to be cleaned, and then they expect a tip. Ridiculous. I would have given it a “5” if it weren’t for the cart guys.
