The Norman Course at Barefoot Resort & Golf in North Myrtle Beach, handcrafted by Greg Norman himself, is a beautiful challenge to behold, with only 60 acres of mowable grass on fairways and greens that are closely framed by sand, resembling courses located in the deserts of the Southwest. The course resembles one found in the deserts of the southwest, without the desert. The course also features several holes along the scenic Intracoastal Waterway

Good conditions and course was in great shape. Sometimes the “fleecing” by the cart guys gets annoying; they are always hanging out, ready to tackle you and hold you down while another one cleans your clubs which you never asked to be cleaned, and then they expect a tip. Ridiculous. I would have given it a “5” if it weren’t for the cart guys.

Fairways needed to be mowed. Greens were extremely slow. Would have appreciated knowing there was a breakfast buffet available at the clubhouse.
