About the course
Why golfers play Myrtlewood Golf Club - Palmetto Course
The Palmetto Course at Myrtlewood Golf Club is an Edmund Ault design alongside the Intracoastal Waterway in central Myrtle Beach. At 7,015 yards with a slope of 137 and a course rating of 73.6 it is a genuine test for low handicaps and confident ball strikers, while multiple tee sets and wide, pine lined fairways give mid handicappers room to swing. Strategic bunkering rather than forced carries does the defending, and the par 4 18th finishes with an approach over water. Pair it with the PineHills Course for a 36 hole day in the middle of a golf package.
