Got
They couldn’t honor our tee time because of a tournament. Unable to contact anyone for remedy. I’ve been calling 843 492 0448 with no response.
Outstanding
I really enjoyed playing this course and it was in great condition.
While it was a nice course I was expecting more from a TPC Course. The layout was nice but maybe I was expecting more scenic holes
This was the worst course for more than one reason. The staff was rude at the bag drop. It was cart path only and a swamp even though it hadn’t rained in days. The maintenance crew didn’t move and talked loudly while you hit off a nonexistent fairway. 4-6 inches of water in many traps and when you ask the front desk about the course just shoulder shrugs and excuses. I will never play this course or the other MBN courses after this experience.
From the time you pull up to the bag till the last hole Arrowhead County Club is a delight. Staff is wonderful, Jeff at bag drop is on point. Nice range and putting green. The course is well maintained including the the sand. Beer is reasonably priced and cart service on a Tuesday morning.
Absolutely the best course at Legends. A master piece Pete Dye design. The greens are challenging and fast.
The course was in fabulous condition. The rough was brtual. It still is the hardest golf course I played in mytrle beach.
Spacious fairways and greens rolled true. Its a must play for all skill level golfers
Spectacular layout. Greens were a bit wore due to the rain conditions earlier in the week. Overall, a great golf course
Understaffed
Course was in great shape. Greens were nice & big. The fairways were a little wet, (Mother Nature) so we weren’t getting any roll. Ball was plugging or actually backing up sometimes, which made the course play very long. Overall, a good track. Couple of issues: Not enough water available on the course. The fountain water was warm & didn’t have enough pressure to even fill a bottle. Golfers should be allowed to bring their own water. You have to carry your clubs all the way out to the driving range, which is a hike from the bag drop and the bag assistants were bossy.
Course was a good challenge with a good layout. Greens rolled great. There was a lot of confusion due to a large amount of players trying to go out at the same time. (Many others besides our group) There were 12 of us & we knew who we were paired with & could have loaded ourselves with less confusion if the assistants would’ve let us. Just tell us the course information we need and let us go play.
Enjoyed playing Pine Hills. Seemed shorter than Palmetto. Good layout
What an experience!! Top notch from start to finish. A very scenic course that was also a fair course. Wide fairways. Keep the ball in play and you can shoot a good round. The greens had been punched and were trying to grow back in, but were still a little bumpy, but that’s part of maintaining a quality course. The staff was excellent. If there were 6 stars, I’d give it.
Evidently this course doesn’t drain well. Mushy fairways, sand traps with no sand, & a course worker on a tractor with a blower that had no regard for the players.
Hard to believe that Southcreek is right beside the West Course. Totally different in style & condition. Really enjoyed playing this course. All of the personnel was pleasant and accommodating.
