We asked and you responded: The inaugural MyrtleBeachGolf.com “It’s In The Hole” contest was a smash hit and golfers are sharing their Grand Strand experiences like never before.
In hopes of establishing a forum for golfers to connect off the course, MyrtleBeachGolf.com’s photo and caption contest has given visitors a venue for sharing their passion for golf on the Grand Strand. Now that the lines of communication are open, we encourage visitors to get involved in the community of golfers by giving us a glimpse into your trip.
Not only can you share your own personal experiences from your Myrtle Beach golf getaway, but you can also pick up some helpful hints and tips by checking out other posts on the contest page before your arrival. Here are some of our favorite entries. See if you can top them:
“Every year we always went to Cuba for our trip. Last year we decided to go to Myrtle Beach. I live to golf and now we won’t go anywhere else. Love it there. Great golf and people.” – Nancy L.
Sorry, Cuba, close but no cigar.
“Quick, easy to use, and our tee time was waiting for us when we arrived at the course. Great service.” Joel T.
Thanks, Joel, that’s how we roll.
“Eight Cubs fans enjoying the golf as well as our visit to the Pelicans Stadium. Happened the same night Jake Arrieta threw his second no-one hitter. Great trip for us Illinois natives!” – Randy G.
Awesome. Just don’t be like the Cubs and wait 108 years to come back.
“I appreciate the personal service I have received on the phone and at the kiosks, especially from Dorothy and Jamie. I like being able to search for available tee times on your website and the pricing is very good.” – William A.
Glad we could help. Dorothy and Jamie said “Hey!”
“Dustin Johnson’s shrine at TPC. What a nice surprise!” – Thomas J.
You think you were surprised. Imagine our reaction when the local boy rose to the top of the World Golf Rankings. Go DJ!
“True Blue with my true friends! Our first and only Myrtle Beach trip was soooooo good. A 4-round, 2-man match came down to the 72nd hole where a birdie bomb from 40-feet won it. We still talk about it. Amazing.” – David W.
You sure you don’t want to come back for a rematch?
“I enjoyed all the scenic landscaping and the wildlife within. It really adds character of the courses.” Frank R.
It’s obvious Mark Twain never played golf in Myrtle Beach when he called the sport “a good walk spoiled.”
“Website was easy to use. No hassles when we got to golf courses!! I was hesitant to book tee times online, but this was so easy!” – Thomas J.
Welcome to the 21st century, Thomas. Now go back online and plan another Myrtle Beach golf trip.
