Dan Maples masterfully designed The Pearl golf course in 1987, framing the course with the natural beauty of the woods and marshes of the Calabash River.

OK track, decent condition. Cart paths need work. Food and bev not so good; long waits due probably to lack of staff, which is a problem everywhere. No on course beverage service, also probably due to staffing.

Having played here before I was excited to get back on the links. The staff, starters, greeters were amazing. The course is in great shape and brought out some good competition amongst our group.
