Golfmaster take
Late September is the sweet spot on the Grand Strand. Mornings start in the high 50s, afternoons settle around 80, and the summer thunderstorms have moved on. Overseeding has begun on a handful of courses, so if a course you want is closed for a few days, ask a Golfmaster which nearby course is playing best right now. Wild Wing's Avocet course is back open after its summer renovation and worth a look.
