Exciting things happening in Myrtle Beach this July!

I hope everyone is having a great summer! It’s been a hot one here in Myrtle Beach, but very busy which is a great thing!

There are some very exciting things happening within our company and in the golf world!  We are excited to announce that MyrtleBeachGolf.com is going to be the official booking engine for the Dunes Club starting in January of 2013! We are so excited to be partner with such an iconic course here on the grand strand! The dunes club is one of the original, best courses we have here in Myrtle Beach!  “The Dunes Golf and Beach Club is a private, member owned country club with over 750 members. The club is filled with rich history and fond memories and after more than six decades, continues to provide its members and guests with exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere. We are fortunate and grateful to be considered one of the most prestigious club's in the southeast and strive to continue growing and exceeding our high standards for excellence.” The Dunes Club Website

It was also recently named the 2012 golf course of the year for Myrtle Beach!

The Caribbean Resort and Villas is also proud to announce the opening of White Caps Frozen Yogurt and Starbucks which are both located across the street from the hotel on 30th Ave. N. Myrtle Beach.

White caps yogurt is a self-serve frozen yogurt shop! You probably have seen one of its sorts popping up around you! It’s defiantly the new craze and so much fun to partake in.  You first come in pick out a cup and then choose from 15 different yogurt flavors.  (Some of my favorites are the white macadamia nut, red velvet cake, and peanut butter!)  Then you move on down the lane and there are tons of fun toppings too choose from.  Some of my favorite toppings include: Cheesecake bites (yes little pieces of heaven in your mouth) sour patch kids, fresh strawberries, and of course hot fudge!) Once you get everything picked out you move on down the line and weigh your bowl!

A new Starbucks location also opened which is exciting news! It’s one of the most spacious ones I’ve ever been in and it has a really great atmosphere! Come check it out and enjoy a new lime refresher my favorite make sure to check it out!

Lastly, fall golf is quickly approaching MyrtleBeachGolf.com is your official golf website for everything golf related in Myrtle Beach! We have some exciting new packages for the fall and can’t wait to release our newest one which is called “The Big Bomber Select” this package has come into existence because believe it or not we have guests ask for the hardest and best courses very frequently.  We ranked all the courses in Myrtle Beach by their rating and slope from the tips and then polled our in house golf directors and this is the group that made our list! 1. Barefoot Dye 2. Grande Dunes 3. The Dunes 4. Tidewater  5. Pawley’s Plantation! How does this compare to your list of Myrtle Beach’s most challenging courses?
