I had an awesome experience with monster this afternoon My representative dacia McCray She was absolutely wonderful I don't always have a positive experience with monster unfortunately It's a hit or miss so she made an absolutely wonderful I'm so glad that she's the one I reached today She got all my questions answered and all my trips booked and it was a wonderful experience

William did a fantastic job giving me options for my full club fitting. He took the time to allow me to hit all of the woods, irons and wedges I wanted with different shafts to be sure that I left with the clubs that suited me best. I was strictly a ping player coming in but left with a complete mixed bag. The prices may seem a little high but you get what you pay for! These clubs and shafts are well worth the time and money!

Our experience with Capital Vacations has been extremely disappointing. Despite reaching out multiple times, including speaking with Diane Ortiz, we still have no resolution to our concerns. During the sales presentation, we were given misleading information, and the entire process was unnecessarily long and stressful. To make matters worse, we received an emergency call during the presentation that our son had been rushed to the hospital. When we asked to leave and come back later to finish, the sales representative insisted we had to decide immediately. This added immense pressure during an already emotional and distressing moment. Since then, we’ve struggled to use the timeshare because we were never given clear instructions on how it works. This has only added to our frustration and disappointment. We need to know who is responsible for the promises and claims made by the sales team. Someone needs to take accountability and help us resolve this issue quickly. We recently received a letter from Rhonda Sweat, who said we did not qualify for any options. Since we’ve had no success working with Ms. Ortiz or Ms. Sweat, we are asking for this matter to be escalated to someone with the authority to fix it. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating, and we hope Capital Vacations will take this feedback seriously and work to make things right.

We rented house for our annual golf trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 14 of us and close enough to walk to anything we needed. We will stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Crescent Shores. Everything was close by and convenient. The condo was clean and it felt like we were at home. The view from the balcony was magnificent. I recommend staying here.

Pool table sticks are in desperate need of replacement, dishwasher leaks, balcony bedroom upstairs missing remote control for the TV, occasional door key failure, top floor rear exit difficult to use and the trim needs to be replaced. You guys saved our vacation.We had booked through another company,the same company we had used the past 2 years.Previous years were great,this year not so much,our place was dirty,the TV's didn't work,the paint on the walls were unfinished,I could go on.Anyway,when I walked in I didn't get that "at home feeling".We decided to get a refund.The first two days of our trip we're used trying to find the perfect place.We called a few places with no luck.We found Condo world.yall found us the perfect condo.From our initial conversation through check in process,to us walking in and immediately seeing the ocean.It was perfect.We did get that"at home feeling"It was a wonderful 8 nights.We had a great experience.We will be back for our annual trip and will be booking though you again.Thank you for the Wonderful experience.

We were on vacation with our kids and grandkids. This property was everything we were looking for and more. The indoor and outdoor pools were a favorite as was the beach, just a few steps away from the pools. This property was close to all the activities and was large enough for everyone to have their own space, but be able to come together and make memories. The deck facing the pool and ocean was fantastic and the mornings were so relaxing having coffee out there.
Everyone had a wonderful time I highly recommend this property!!

It was a great place with everything we needed.

We stayed at Ocean Blue with our adult children & their spouses & 5 grandchildren. It was spacious and had easy access to the beach. There were many activities nearby. Despite the weather from the tropical storm, we had a great time. The property Management were great at communicating. The only negatives were there was only one dish cloth & towel, the tub drains were slow draining and there were no cookie sheets or pizza pan. We would definitely come back.

We stayed in room 806 … Very nice clean and all rooms were big . I was extremely happy . The deck that overlooks the ocean is huge . The only complaint we had was no hand towels in none of the bathrooms .. but other than that … I would definitely stay in this unit again… Nice pool, lazy river and hot tub .

I give it a 5 stars due to this place being welcoming, easy to get there, and amazing rooms and bathrooms. This place was enough to accommodate my family and cousins. I like the environment, the place and the surrounding areas as it is close to the stores and the beach. Love it and would like to come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sea Trails Golf Resorts. Our condo was perfect in every way. Would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Sun Set Beach.

Atlantis Villas unit 302 was a very nice place to stay. It is behind the ocean front building but there are some side views of the ocean. It is very nice not to have to cross the street to get to the ocean, especially with little kids. There is a nice wooden walkway over the dune. The pool is really big and nice. The deep part is in the middle, shallower area on the ends. The unit is very big, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are only four parking spots but there is a parking lot about a block away. It was clean and we saw no bugs of any kind the whole week. I would definitely recommend this unit.

We had to find another vaca stay last minute as our other one was foreclosed on and the staff was so nice and informative towards us! Rooms were exactly as shown in their pictures, roomy, and we had a pool pass when ours was being renovated. Highly recommended and the price is just right! Mold free,Bug free, free parking, minutes from beach.

Had a great experience. My granddaughter and I were their to play in a golf tournament in Myrtle Beach and coming home to Sea Trail was a perfect ending to each day. The accommodations were great and the restaurant was a perfect ending to the day. Will definitely be back.

My family enjoyed staying here. It was spacious and it was clean. My Grandbaby had plenty of room to run around. It was close to the beach, walking distance. Also, We were close to everything! Only thing bad was, the front bedroom was hot. Besides that, it was GREAT! We had a Blast!!

Just finished our trip. Everything was just awesome. The Sawmill Townhouse we had was brand new with a very clean environment. The only thing that I would change is including some dressers in the rooms for clothing instead of only having closets. A little warm upstairs as the thermostat was locked. Other than that the place was great! The golf courses that were picked for us by Dan were beautiful, challenging and fun to play. People were friendly and overall very easy to deal with. I definitely would use Dan again in the future for golf packages.

My family and I stayed at Magnolia Pointe the Condo was spacious clean inviting and welcoming. Truly a home away from home.
When We first arrived I went to the incorrect condo, I reached out to the property manager to seek help and they responded immediately.
All and all the location made the trip fun, relaxing and enjoyable. We plan to visit again and I hope this place is available, I sure will book again!

Our house was just as awesome as the pictures showed it to be. Simply beautiful, warm and welcoming. It felt like home. The views of the ocean from all three decks were beautiful. The rocking chairs on each deck where a perfect touch. House is in a nice quiet area, but still close to everything. In walking distance to alot. We had a group of 14, and with so much room, we didn't feel crowded at all. There is so much space. The game room and swimming pool were nice. I wish there were bigger bbq grills and at each home, not just small ones by the pool. By day seven, climbing three flights of steps wore me out, but I would do it again. Our vacation was perfect. I would definitely book with this company again. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

This home is just as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. It's very well kept and so welcoming and homey. The views of the ocean from all three floors is amazing. The few minor concerns we had were addressed promptly. We enjoyed every minute, and would definitely book again.

I've used MyrtleBeachGolf for years, and the new golf trek since it started and I can't be more pleased. I've had Shawn Popieski, and Tyler Caruso the last 3 years, and they have been great. They always respond to me quickly and resolve my issue immediately.

Sea Trail is 1 mile over the bridge to Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is the best beach in North Carolina. You can park your car for free on the side of main street - Or if you get there in time you can park all day for $10 at the pier. This Vrbo is spacious (agree larger than pictures show) and practical (!) -it is great if you have two couples needing some space as well, The second bedroom is basically a mini suite. This Unit is pretty aesthetically outdated, the washer and dryer are not great, and there is no garbage disposal and no elevator. Unfortunately the people staying directly below us smoked on the back porch too often, (terrible smells) - but that’s a wild card chance with units (hopefully they don’t live there ). Honestly everything else was amazing. Loved our stay and Bistro 55 nearby was great too. -we all liked Watching golf carts and players drive by from the back porch, and pretty great golf course per husband.
Owners were responsive , we were thankful for the two car parking and the one hour late checkout that was allowed:)

This is the 2nd year we've used MB Golf Trek and specifically worked with Golf Master Cliff Engle. Each time our golf club has been pleased with the communication, patience and overall customer service! This year we stayed at Sea Trail Townhomes and it was truly one of the most pleasant stays our club has had in years! Cliff's recommendation was spot on and we were more than happy with the lodging and the golf (although Maples needs a bit of work with the cart path - still a decent course). Overall, from the planning to communicating with the staff in getting to the THs to our departure - EXCELLENT! Cliff, you and your team are rock stars (I know over used but so true in this case)! Thank you!

Overall, we had a great time in MB. Toni and Trinity were extremely pleasant, and the property was able to accomodate me with a different room after a mixup on my part. The only things I would caution the staff about are things that you would see anywhere else in Myrtle Beach, like occasionally having to walk the family through clouds of marijuana smoke/vapor in the parking decks and elevators, cockroaches in the room, etc. The indoor pool was light green and cloudy, which could indicate that the chlorine was overwhelmed by other organic material, and should be attended to.

Balcony door has a sharp trip hazard. Rooms need a lot of upgrades bathtub rusted. Hot water takes 10 minutes running to get it hot.

We took our second summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. We stayed at the Links Golf Resort. Our condo was near the entrance of the complex which was very helpful. The condo also provided a full kitchen with all kitxhen utensils. As with most resorts near an ocean, there are some updates that should be done. It was nice. The only problem we had was when it rains it pours. At the entrance to our condo it would flood. We would have to wait to exit. Other than that it was a great experience. If you travel with children buy each child at least two bags of turtle food. They will love those turtles.

I did not golf , but just rode around in the golf cart for 9 holes with my husband and they charged us cart fees for me to ride. Wow!
How nice is that! I guess they don't want us to ever come back.....

Waited 15 - 20 minutes fir cheese fries and lady ordered pepperoni pizza after me and her food arrived, finally someone came down and said there was a mix up and have them ready ASAP 10 minutes later they arrive minimal sauces fries okay overcooked and not one time did bartender check on me never cleaned prior drinks. All This for 26.24 after taking fries off . Disappointed.

2 stars because they did seem to have some decent turn around and options. However, I'd prefer to give 1 star due to Jeff Diehl's arrogance and lack of ability to be helpful. the service may be great, but if you get Jeff, be prepared for arrogance or go elsewhere.

I have not even set foot in the hotel yet! They have already stolen $100 from me! I work hard for that money! I had to cancel my reservation last minute because my sister changed her mind! I wanted to cancel my reservation and they told me they couldn't give me my $100 back! I have not even gotten down there yet! These are a bunch of thieves! I would rather sleep in my car! The only reason I gave them one star is because the stupid algorithm says I have to! They don't even deserve that...!

Definitely will not go there again, needs to be updated unless you're in to slum.

Do not pay online. Shows error. Then you can and pay and it charges multiple times. Spoke to Michael and Jason wasn’t available. Asked for a manager to refund me the 1200 over payment and he hung up on me.

I got completely ripped off. Had a special weekend with my son planned and asked Julie my rep from golf trek to find a nice comfortable place to stay for two nights with a couple of nice golf courses. I said I’d like to spend about $1000 and she said she found me a great package for $1140 and I trusted this. I also asked for walking distance to nice restaurants and this was not the case.

The hotel was a very low end place and very noisy at night to where neither my son nor I got solid sleep due to the outside noise of the drunks and squealing tires and motor cycle engines revving till the early hours of the morning. It was not an updated space like I was told it would be and had old oak cabinets and Formica countertops, Loud shower head that was obnoxious, etc.. The area clearly attracts that clientele which was also evident by seeing the demeanor of many hotel guests.

Complimentary breakfast looked terrible so we ate elsewhere.

First golf course was a 30 minute drive and was very average and less then average for a Myrtle beach course. Nothing wrong with it but not what I paid for and like a community course. The second course again was decent but nothing memorable.

I asked the hotel how much they charge a night for walk ins and the rate would have been $120 and the golf courses were $47 and $95!!

In summary the commissions on this stay for locating below average places was at least a 100% mark up. My son who is an E2 in the navy was disappointed with the accommodation and he lives in the barracks in Camp Lejune if this gives any perspective.

If paying the regular hotel rates and golf courses rates there would be little to complain about as prices were low. The issue is how Golf Trek took good money and gave us the cheapest places while overselling them.

I sent an email to my salesperson Julie to let her know I was disappointed and no follow up. Basically I paid good money to stay at a dive hotel suited for a spring break for college kids and play at lower end golf courses. I should have just reserved my own hotel and courses and would have got way better places to stay and courses and paid a lot less.

Don't use this company. We were charged extra when the balance was due. They said it was an extra fee that was added on for their service to be paid at the time the balance was due. So there was really nothing we could since our trip was a month away...we couldn't cancel our flight at this point.

I am part of a large group that booked and buyer beware they changed our price a week prior to our trip so there was nothing we could do...I saw the emails from group leader that confirmed one price and then the company said due to extra fees they had to charge us more so we got ripped off. I saw the email and it was from your company...stop taking advantage of people.

Golf Trek, in one year has been able to do what multiple hurricanes, Covid-19 and time could not. After over 30 years of taking a golf group to Myrtle Beach in Oct. it finally ends. Due the merger and take over by GolfTrek I'm told the business side is now different. In one year we have been given a 200% increase in lodging rates. Thank you Golf Trek

Golf Trek , response said they were going to make happen. Have not heard from them at this point. I've also found out there is no incentive to be a group leader anymore. Golf Trek is killing golf groups from stand point.
